Overdeveloped Food Choices

So this will be an ongoing theme to this blog -- large percentages of the world are just worried about where their next meal will come from and here in the US and other developed countries we have so much food that we have to think up crazy ways to serve it so we can charge insane amounts of money for it....here's one of my favorites....

I mean seriously.....eating in the dark.....come on.....take the money you were going to spend on the meal and send it here, instead.....this will feed a village for months if not years.....

Stay tuned....I hear there's a restaurant in Chicago that serves it's dishes in single-bite servings.....
